Where Do People Get it?

​I was talking with a friend about podcast topics. Just trying to get some new ideas on what people need right now. She said to talk about where people can get the confidence to try new things...to take a shot at that new job, new career, new life.
As I thought about it, something just wasn't sitting right. Then I realized "confidence" isn't the right word. Confidence implies you've done something so many times you KNOW you can do it.
So I think the question should've been, "where can people find the COURAGE...."
To me, if you know your TRUE WHY (not the first answer that comes to your head, but the deep-rooted, sometimes buried WHY), the courage to figure out the how and DO IT comes naturally.
